OurMission
DLREC's Mission is to promote LGBTQ+ representation in real estate and property rights conversations, and create a network of real estate professionals who value the LGBTQ+ community through community building events, volunteerism, and education.

To foster a real estate industry where members of the LGBTQ+ community are represented and feel empowered.
Education
As a member of DLREC, you have access to (at least) quarterly learning opportunities. Many are qualified CE courses, but even if they aren't, we aim to deliver current, valuable content!
Giving Back
Each year, DLREC selects a local non-profit to be their annual beneficiary. At all events throughout the year we highlight and encourage donations to our charity partner, we volunteer time, collect donations, and the most exciting - our Annual Drag Bingo event raises a generous donation!
